The Booking Process
Easy as 1, 2, 3
1.) Press the "Start the Booking Process" button below to provide me with some key information to facilitate a planning meeting.
2.) I will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your wants, dreams and desires for your event. If you mark "emergency" on the form I'll call you as soon as I am able. We'll confirm my availability, venue location and length of performance. We will discuss other key aspects of your event. At the end of the call you will have a tentative (maximum) cost of my performance. At that time I will schedule your event date as "tentatively booked".
3.) After the call I will generate a performance contract documenting the event particulars, terms and conditions. Once the contract is signed and the agreed upon "holding fee" is received, the event status will become "fully booked". Locked in with nothing left for you to do except anticipate a great show.

My Follow-up Policy
You have enough on your mind. You don't need to worry about "does he remember" or "I wonder if he can do this instead" or "Oh my, this needs to change".
Together we will set appropriate follow up frequencies and methods. It might be e-mail, text, phone call or whatever we decide (meeting at the venue?). Regardless, you will not be left in the dark. My promise is to remove the stress from the music side of your event.
